Why is the Zelda series
so sucessful you ask? It is because of the games listed below. Each
game of the main series is listed below. Click the title of the game
to go to that game's description page. The
Legend of Zelda: The game that started it, featured advanced
puzzles and a good time. The
Adventure of Link: The sequal that took a great turn
in gameplay. A
Link to the Past: One of the better Zelda games that
really set the bar for extensive games. Link's
Awakening: The first handheld Zelda game that strayed
a bit from the norm. Ocarina
of Time: Probably the greatest game of all time, also
the game that redefined the series and 3D gaming in general. Majora's
Mask: OoT's sequal, a shorter game than normal that was
a nice break from the normal. Oracle
of Seasons: The first game in a set of two color games,
featuring the land's seasons as a major part. Oracle
of Ages: The second game in the set, this game featured
the ages of the land. Four
Swords: The most bizarre Zelda game yet, and the first
multiplayer Zelda game. The
Master Quest: Ocarina of Time, only harder. The
Wind Waker: The most expansive Zelda game yet, featuring
a large, relaxing, sea. Four
Swords Adventures: Another bizarre adaption. The
Minish Cap: A new experiment with large and small items
for the handheld. Twilight
Princess: The game featuring the best Zelda graphics
seen since Ocarina of Time. Phantom
Hourglass: The sequal to The Wind Waker for the handheld. Spirit
Tracks: Yet another sequal to the cell-shaded series for the Nintendo DS.
