This is a fan fiction that I submitted at Zelda Dungeon.  It is unique due to its tremendous plot twist.

The Master Sword, now pierced through the body of Ganondorf, begins to emit a strange light. Link realises that he probably should retrieve the Master Sword, as Ganondorf falls to the ground, seemingly dead.

As Link grabs the sword and pulls it from the body of Ganondorf, a twilight portal appears, and from appears a twilight maiden...the true form of Midna. With a gentle voice, she congratulates Link. "Link, you have done well. You have defeated the evil that has come, but your mind sees the world less and less each moment, doesn't it."

Link is surprised, and somewhat confused. He looks around, and he sees the entire land of Hyrule. It is seemingly beginning to fade away, and Zelda, who Link had just saved, was gone like a morning mist when the light of the true day appears. Link now sees Midna smile at him. "Realizing your past can be difficult. To see the truth, return what you seek to its place." Midna fades away into the twilight once more. Link quickly rushes to the Sacred Grove, with the Master Sword.

Once Link arrives, he return the Master Sword to the place that he found it. Then, Link collapses to the ground...

When his sight comes back, Link sees Princess Zelda behind bars in a dungeon.

"Help me...

"Please help me. I am a prisoner in the dungeon of the castle. My name is Zelda. The wizard, Agahnim, has done... something to the other missing girls. Now only I remain... Agahnim has seized control of the castle and is now trying to seven wise men's seal. ... ...I am in the dungeon of the castle. Please help me..."

Link wakes up. Was this all a dream, or a recollection of the unseen past. He turns to see his uncle.

"Link, I'm going out for a while. I'll be back by morning. Don't leave the house."

Wow.... that was... amazing.

You are a very talented writer, and that is a great twist of things. I am speechless. That was really good. How did you come up with that type of ending?

sorry for the double post but i just wanted to say that you should post this stuff in our publishing center. so far, its kinda dead.....and disappointing. (the publishing center i mean, not your writings )

you should submit this to nintendo!!!!!! They can make a game like it if you keep writing some more twists and stuff, and if they actually aprove it, you can get 20-50% of the cash that it brings in!!!!!

nintendo hardly ever accepts ideas from the public. though they do listen to them, they would never say that a story for a game was based off of a fan story.

also, when you submit something to nintendo, it becomes property of them; you retain no control of it. (i know because i submitted a story and some sketches once...)

yeah i went on nintendo and they said they won't take it! they are so hopeless!!! they have awsome stuff, but the service is weak!!!

i think that if you want to submit something so badly, get there PERSONAL address!!
