The Most Aspiring Site of 2008
« on: March 01, 2008, 08:03:38 PM »

I am very excited, proud, and rather shocked to announce to everyone that Zelda Capital has won the Golden Ocarina award for the Most Aspiring Website of 2008.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a few thanks to those that have helped us accomplish all we have accomplished in our journey thus far. First off, thanks to 56k_Warning for all the work he has put into this site, advice and comments to me, and everything else he has done to help. Thanks to my cousin, Gek0killer, for putting up with my constant site questions, and thanks for your amazing photoshop skills. More thanks to LastHylian and Swiftblade for everything. And finally, thanks to you, the visitor. You're the reason we have accomplished what we have, and you're the reason this site will last for many more years.

This award is a great honor, and I intend to uphold the reputation that follows it. Thanks to Darth Citrus for choosing Zelda Capital, and thanks to everyone who nominated us.

You can view the official write-up here, and you can view the rest of the Golden Item Awards here. Other winners include Twilight Realm, Zelda Informer, Zelda Dimension, and Zelda Dungeon.
