2) The contest begins at 12:01 AM Friday, June 12, 2009, and ends a week or so before the release of The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks (TBA). The join the contest, you must simply be a member of the Zelda Capital Forums with twenty (20) or more posts. You may join the contest at any time before the finishing date.

3) The goal of this contest is to refer the most members to the Zelda Capital Forums. For a referral to be valid, the member referred must:
    a) Register on the Zelda Capital Forums
    b) Make AT LEAST ten (10) valid posts by the end of the contest
    c) Add the username of the member that referred them to the appropriate profile field on the Zelda Capital Forums
Members that are referred to the Zelda Capital Forums can also participate in the contest, but must make AT LEAST twenty (20) valid posts first.

4) Prizes will be awarded to the members that refer the most people to the Zelda Capital Forums. The prizes are as follows:
    a) One (1) brand new copy of The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks for the Nintendo DS will be awarded to the one (1) member that refers the most number of people to the Zelda Capital Forums.
    b) A custom forum title of the member’s choosing on the Zelda Capital Forums will be awarded to the two (2) members with the second and third most referrals.

5) At the time of this publication, no release date has yet been given for The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. However, we have been told it will be out for the holidays, so the contest will not last longer than that. At the end of the contest, the winner of the contest (see #3) will be contacted by both a forum Private Message and an email informing them that they have won. The winner MUST reply to either the email or the PM within a week of the received date in order to claim his/her prize. The winner will be asked for his/her contact information, including, but not limited to, their full name, address, and/or their telephone number. A copy of The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks for the Nintendo DS (valued around $30) will then be ordered online by Zelda Capital from GameStop (http://www.gamestop.com/). Shipping time will vary depending on where in the U.S. the recipient lives. SHOULD THE WINNER NOT RESPOND BY THE DESIGNATED TIME, their prize will be passed on to the member with the second most referrals on the Zelda Capital Forums. In this event, the second and third place prizes will be given to the members with the third and fourth most referrals on the Zelda Capital Forums.

6) In the event of a tie, the member with the most posts will be declared the winner.

7) Should something unexpected happen, I, The King of Hyrule, on behalf of Zelda Capital, reserve the right to cancel the contest at any time. Zelda Capital cannot be held responsible for the unexpected, and by participating in this contest you agree to these terms and conditions.
